FREE Preview - "The One Command: Monday, April 27th, 6:30 PM

 Asara Lovejoy is the creator and author of "The One Command."  My friend Barbara Cady is bringing her to Houston  to offer The One Command practitioner's workshop (May 1 - 3) as well as to give private sessions (April 28 - 30).

The Nine-Breath Technique: Friday, May 8th, 10 AM, $20. (Kathleen's house - 1511 Sycamore Lane, Kingwood, 77339)

My friend Charlotte Lensen is visiting from Colorado and will teach this class. I've been asking her to teach some qigong techniques for awhile, so I'm excited about learning this!

Here's what her teacher says on his website (www.qigong.com) -

StarSeed Groups - $25 (Limited to 20)     **Next event - Monday, May 18 at 6:30 PM

Are you a Star Being? You are if you have many of the following characteristics:

• you’ve always felt that there was something essentially different about you;
• you feel like you’re here on “assignment,” but may not know what that is;
• you have a strong desire to serve humanity or the planet;
• you feel great love for humanity, but also a sense of detachment or chronic loneliness;
• you identify with beings or life in other realms;
• you’re at a loss as to how there could be so much violence and competition in the world;
• you’re very interested in science fiction and/or fantasy books and movies;
• you long for “home,” a home that you may feel is elsewhere;
• you have a deep sense of appreciation for all life & a deep desire for spiritual growth;
• you have a “knowingness” and a sense of anticipation about the upcoming year(s).

These meetings will help support Star Beings’ transition into full awareness and let them connect with other Star Beings on the alternate frequencies that are often more comfortable for them. We'll also do a group meditation each time and learn tips for life on earth. :-)

Mission Statement:  Our purpose is to provide networking opportunities for those interested in all aspects of holistic living -- spiritual growth, expanded awareness, complementary healthcare, and creating balance in body, mind and spirit.   

~About Holistic Living Network~

~ HLN was founded in March 2002 by Kathleen Elmore and Peggy and Nolan Rome.

~ Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at Cafe East Restaurant. The charge is $13 per person and includes dinner, networking, meet and greet, and a presentation 

~Networking opportunities include the following:  introduce yourself before the whole group at each meeting; briefly describe what you do; place your business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. on the information table; announce any upcoming events you plan to present. Informal networking and socializing take place before and after the presentation.
